“The continuity in life comes in always piecing together what is always falling apart.”
– Kathleen Stewart, Nostalgia–A polemic
For this reading and listening session, publishing platform OUTLINE will engage in an exercise in reading and listening together with the participants. A patchwork of loosely connected and re-mixed texts will be read and digested collectively. The texts all deal with notions of the archive and the remix in some way or another. Together they form a soft proposal for a publishing practice based around dubbing, multivocality and “speaking nearby”. Accompanied by interwoven sonic interludes and live improvisations. The session closes with a hang-out with food and drinks.
There is a limited capacity for this event, please RSVP by sending an email to email@example.com. We ask for a €2,50 donation for food and drinks.
