OUTLINE #2: De Lokale Omroep

During a residency in the small Flemish village of Bekegem, we collected impressions, anecdotes, stories and dialogues together with the residents we met during our stay. During the festival weekend of Kunstenfestival Plan B in the year 2018 we broadcasted radio, live from a bus stop on the town square. The frequency was only available within village borders, this way creating something personal and ephemeral – specially for the residents of Bekegem.
